Requirements
All signers MUST have Government issues photo identification to present to Notary.
Examples of acceptable forms of identification are as follows:
- Driver’s License or DMV card
- US Passport
- US Military ID
- Foreign Passport stamped by the US Immigration and Naturalization Services
